Road Realignment—MacDonald Road and Willows Road, Gisborne District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Gisborne District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the portion of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be severance and shall remain vested in Gisborne District Council.

Amending a Gazette Notice Stopping Road—Paru Paru Road, Nelson City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 9 August 2000 Stopping Road in Paru Paru Road, Nelson City, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 August 2000, No. 92, page 2289, by:

(a) deleting the words “local purpose (recreation) reserve” in paragraph (a) and substituting them with “recreation reserve” and;

(b) deleting the words “esplanade reserve” in paragraph (c) and substituting them with “local purpose (esplanade) reserve”.
