Change of Name of Reserve

Under section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hutt City Council hereby declares that the local purpose (community buildings) reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall hereafter be known as Phil Evans Reserve.

It has commonly been known as Birch Street Reserve in the past.
