Road Realignment—Wainui Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 832/155, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

Land Together With a Right of Way Easement to be Acquired for a Public Work (Water Works) at Okuku Road, Okuku and Vested in the Manawatu–Wanganui Regional Council

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a public work (water works) and is vested in the Manawatu–Wanganui Regional Council, together with an appurtenant right of way easement in terms of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and such easement to be subject to the additional conditions as set out in the Third Schedule hereto on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
