Land Acquired for Public Amenity Purposes in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for public amenity purposes and is vested in Dunedin City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) The right for all time is hereby acquired as an easement in gross to drain foul sewage, as defined in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice and is vested in Dunedin City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Marohemo Road, Kaipara District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Kaipara District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and

(i) The land firstly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 71/168, subject to mortgage No. C. 587573.2 and statutory land charge No. 773081.1;

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 96D/920;

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the portions of land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken; and

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 96D/920;

(ii) The land secondly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 71/168, subject to mortgage No. C. 587573.2 and statutory land charge No. 773081.1; on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
