Road Realignment in Waipa District—Arthur Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 26D/1029, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 553472.4.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 28A/402, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 065016.2
