—State Highway No. 1, Rata, Wanganui

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway and vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares the area described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 64B/312, subject to mortgage H. 911511.3.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the stopped Government road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 64B/312, subject to mortgage H. 911511.3.
