Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road Diversion—Carisbrooke Street/Bexley Road, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road diversion, subject to the land firstly described to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and to the stormwater easement created by deed of grant of easement 7C/1450, and subject also to the land secondly described to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
