Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water storage purposes and is vested in Watercare Services Limited, as a requiring authority pursuant to section 186 of the Resource Management Act 1991, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, and sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
