1.0 Commencement

These amendments shall come into force on 13 January 2000.

2.0 Division 2—Blackjack, Division 3—Mini Baccarat, Division 4—Midi Baccarat, Division 5—Baccarat, and Division 6—Caribbean Stud Poker

2.1 Rule 6.1 in each of divisions 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 is hereby amended by deleting the word “sealed”.

Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, John Ashley Gregg, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

Schedule 3

Conditions

(i) All seat belts must be in sound condition and good working order and must not be modified in any way;

(ii) Two point lap seat belts that comply with the appropriate Vehicle Standard are fitted in the front outboard sitting positions.

(iii) All other sitting positions are fitted with seatbelts required by Regulation 29.

(iv) This exemption may be revoked at any time.

(v) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.
