Change of Classification Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from recreation reserve to local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Gore District Council on 25 May 1999:

‘‘That in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gore District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.’’
