Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a Government purpose (site for administrative buildings) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

1123 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 1802. All New Zealand Gazette, 1994, page 62.

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5a of the Education Lands Act 1949 and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
This notice shall come into force on 19 August 1999.
