Pursuant to section 256 (9) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby gives notice that a nohoanga entitlement has been created and granted to Te Runanga o Ngāi Tahu on the 4th day of May 1999, over the land described in the Schedule to this notice.
