Road Realignment—Hyde/Middlemarch Road, State Highway No. 87, Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1) declares that, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped, and further declares that, pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3):

(i) The portions of stopped road firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15B/379, subject to mortgage 835148;

(ii) The portion of stopped road thirdly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 143/264, subject to mortgage 835148;

(iii) The portions of stopped road fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly and eighthly described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15B/380, subject to mortgage 936310.4.
