Land Set Apart in Connection with Railway and Declared Crown Land in the Far North District

Pursuant to Public Works Act 1981, and to the delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice:

(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), to be set apart in connection with a railway and to remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 42 (3), further declares the land described in the Schedule is not required for that work and shall be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to section 9A of the Foreshore and Seabed Endowment Revesting Act 1991, the land described in the Schedule is subject to the provisions of that Act and remain vested in the Crown and administered by the Minister of Conservation.
