Road Realignment—State Highway No. 73 at Broken River

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 73 and shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be added to the Cave Stream Scenic Reserve. All Gazette notice 737443 (Canterbury Registry).
