Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservancy, Relations Manager, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.
