Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Waipa District Council.

Roading Stopping in Matamata—Piako District (Factory Road)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, that the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice, is to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47C/450.

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for State highway and remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Stormwater Easement in Gross Acquired for Drainage Purposes, Kotuku Drive, Kapiti Coast

Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross is acquired over the land described in the Schedule to this notice, (referred to as “the land”) by the Kapiti Coast District Council. The easement shall be subject to the following terms, conditions, covenants and restrictions.

(i) The Kapiti Coast District Council, its employees or contractors may carry out maintenance works including reshaping the land to maintain the soakage area on the land.

(ii) The Kapiti Coast District Council shall have the right to discharge untreated urbanised stormwater run off from stages 1 and 2 of Kotuku Park subdivision into the soakage area on the land.

(iii) Before effecting any entry under this right the Kapiti Coast District Council shall consult with the Crown concerning any proposed works and after the works are completed the Kapiti Coast District Council shall reinstate the disturbed area to its former state including replanting with vegetation species approved by the Crown.

Road Stopped and Vested—Tuai and Piripaua, Wairoa District

Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that area “P” (now known as Section 24 on S.O. 8881) and areas “E” and “F” (now known as Section 5 S.O. 8855) shall be vested in the Wairoa District Council.
