Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Napier City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land secondly described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Napier City Council, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
