Amending a Notice Classifying and Vesting Reserves

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury, hereby amends the plan references in the notice issued on the 14th day of January 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 4, page 127, from “S.O. Plan 19771” to read “S.O. Plan 19971”.

Corrigendum

Amending a Notice Revoking an Appointment to Control and Manage, and Revoking a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury, hereby amends the notice issued on the 4th day of February 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 21, page 505, by changing the land area in the Schedule from “1.0117 square metres” to read “1.0117 hectares”.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Reclassification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby reclassifies that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

1461 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 68646, situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District. Marked “D” on S.O. Plan 69715. Part certificate of title 26B/430.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Naming of That Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the two parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 25th day of March 1999:

“That in exercise of its powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council resolves that the land described as part of Te Rewarewa Block, certificate of title 1004/240, and Lots 12, 13 and 21 and part Lot 22, Deposited Plan 4614 and being part of Te Rewarewa Block, certificate of title 1004/242 be declared for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.

Furthermore, it is hereby declared that the two parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto be known hereafter as West Park.

North Auckland Land District—Rodney District

104 square metres, more or less, being part Te Rewarewa Block. All certificate of title 1004/240 (Limited).

2015 square metres, more or less, being Lots 12, 13 and 21 and part Lot 22, D.P. 4614. All certificate of title 1004/242. Both situated in Block XIV, Kaipara Survey District.
