Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 8B: Cromwell
It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 5 May 1999 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares the entire length of State Highway No. 8B commencing at Deadman’s Point Bridge (Route Position 0/0) at Cromwell and extending in a westerly direction to the intersection with State Highway No. 6 (Route Position 0/2.62); a distance of 2.62 kilometres, as more particularly shown on Plan LA/13/008B/000/A and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Dunedin and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 7 April 1999 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares the following parts of State Highway No. 2 as more particularly shown on Plans LR 38 and LR 39 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection, to be limited access road:
(a) From a point (Route Position 73/0.78) measured 410 metres south-east of Russell Street, Paeroa, proceeding in a generally southerly direction to the Waitete Stream west abutment (Route Position 73/18.14) —located approximately 2.19 kilometres west of Waihi; distance of 17.37 kilometres.
(b) From a point at the east abutment of the Ohinemuri Stream Bridge (Route Position 93/0/92 — located approximately 1.10 kilometres south-east of Waihi — and proceeding in a generally southerly direction to Old Tauranga Road (Route Position 93/7.64); a distance of 6.73 kilometres.

Corrigendum
Amending a Notice Reserving Land
Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury, hereby amends the plan references in the notice issued on the 14th day of January 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 4, page 126, from “S.O. Plan 19771” to read “S.O. Plan 19971”.
