Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Hakarimata Scenic Reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revocation of Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and because of an error of description made in the notice hereinafter described the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice revoking the reservation and specifying the manner of disposal and how proceeds of sale shall be utilised dated the 2nd day of February 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 February 1999, No. 19, page 439 and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be sold by the Dunedin City Council on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
