(a) At Tarras from a point (Route Position 247/17.36) 140 metres measured north-east of its junction with Munroes Lane to a point (Route Position 247/17.84) 40 metres measured south-west of its junction with Jolly Road; a distance of 480 metres.

(b) At Roxburgh from a point (Route Position 365/0.87) measured 870 metres south of Slaughterhouse Creek Bridge to a point (Route Position 365/1.97) measured 20 metres north of Edinburgh Street; a distance of 1.1 kilometres.

(c) At Roxburgh from a point (Route Position 365/3.86) measured 140 metres south of Smith Street to a point (Route Position 370/0.01) measured 1140 metres south of Smith Street; a distance of 1.00 kilometres.

  1. The section of State Highway No. 88 that is:

(a) At Dunedin from a point (Route Position 0/1.98) measured 240 metres east of Leander Street to a point (Route Position 0/2.90) measured 470 metres west of Tekapo Street; a distance of 920 metres.

(b) At Dunedin from a point (Route Position 0/5.30) measured 310 metres east of Jessie Street to a point (Route Position 0/7.70) measured 30 metres north of St Leonards Drive (Ruru Avenue extension); a distance of 2.40 kilometres.

(c) At Port Chalmers from a point (Route Position 8/1.93) measured 190 metres west of Shandon Road to a point (Route Position 8/3.91) measured 50 metres south-west of Wickliffe Terrace; a distance of 1.98 kilometres.

This bylaw was made by resolution passed by the Transit New Zealand Authority at a meeting held in Wellington on the 7th day of April 1999.

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that, the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further, subject to section 23 of the latter Act, classifies the reserve as a local purpose (hall site) reserve, and declares that the said reserve shall form part of the Kokatahi Local Purpose (Hall Site) Reserve.

Westland Land District—Westland District

1007 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, Survey Office Plan 12444. All certificate of title 8C/435.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve, Classification, Naming and Vesting of a Reserve in the Southland District Council

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes subject to the Conservation Act 1987 and further declares the following:

(a) That pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the said land shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and

(b) That pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, that the said reserve be classified as a recreation reserve and hereafter known as Dunsdale Recreation Reserve; and

(c) That pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, that the said reserve be vested in the Southland District Council in trust as a recreation reserve subject to the condition that the Southland District Council allows permanent vehicular access across the said reserve to the Crown.
