Land Declared Road (Brecon Street) and Severance in the Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the adjoining land in certificate of title No. 3D/1483.

Land Acquired for Road, Fairburns Road—Far North District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Far North District on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Stopped Road in Russell Road in Whangarei District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road, firstly described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 105B/583 and the portions of stopped road secondly and thirdly described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 108A/33, the said areas of land are subject to all encumbrances registered on the respective certificates of title.

Land Acquired for River Control Purposes and Road Realignment in Taupo District (Taharua and Tapapa Roads)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for river control purposes and vested in the Taupo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice, to be road and vested in the Taupo District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 30A/352, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 701222.11.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 30A/351, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 701222.11.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 33D/398, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 205907 and H. 965396.2.

(f) The land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice, to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 30A/352, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 701222.11.
