Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council.
