Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (gasworks museum) reserve.

Otago Land District—Dunedin City District

3920 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. 21969, situated in Block XIV, Town of South Dunedin and Block VII, Town of Dunedin.

Reclassification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in Schedule One hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (cemetery) reserve, and further changes the classification of the said Act. Further, that a right of way, as defined in Schedule Three, be granted over the reserve described in Schedule One in favour of the reserve described in Schedule Two.

Southland Land District—Southland District

Schedule One

1.0671 hectares, more or less being Section 1, S.O. 12314.

Schedule Two

9.6093 hectares, more or less being Section 2, S.O. 12314.

Schedule Three

Right of way marked “A” on S.O. 12314, subject to the provisions of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952.

Declaration That Land Vested in the Napier City Council is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, notifies that on 16 March 1999, the Napier City Council resolved that the area of land vested in the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (maritime) reserve.

First: 900 square metres, being Section 4, S.O. 10927.

Second: 625 square metres, being Section 5, S.O. 10927.
