Road Realignment in the Queenstown Lakes District — Mount Nicholas — Beach Bay Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be incorporated with the land in *New Zealand Gazette*, 1981, page 3007, for the purpose of recreation reserve.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/210, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.
