Pursuant to section 117 (3) (a) and section 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 108C/542, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in the South Wairarapa District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:

(a) declares that, pursuant to section 114(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road and vested in the South Wairarapa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) declares that, pursuant to sections 116 and 118 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, the road described in the Second Schedule is declared stopped and vested in the South Wairarapa District Council as esplanade reserve from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
