Amending a Notice Stopping and Vesting Road at Riverlands

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 31 August 1998, stopping and vesting road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 September 1998, No. 140, at page 3418, by deleting all references to vesting and amalgamation as follows:

Deleting the words “and Vested” from the title of the notice and deleting the words “and 120 (3)” and the words “and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 61/216 (Marlborough Registry), subject to mortgage 171119.3” from the body of the notice.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land fourthly described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land firstly, secondly and thirdly described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Far North District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
