Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule of this notice to be road and to remain vested in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be set apart for electrical purposes, and to remain vested in The Christchurch City Council.

Sewerage Easement in Gross Acquired for a Public School in Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a sewerage easement in gross over the land described in the First Schedule to this notice (the subject land), subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Second Schedule to this notice (terms and conditions), is acquired for a public school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Terms and Conditions

(1) The sewerage easement herein acquired shall be subject to the implied rights and obligations as set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, except as varied herein.

(2) All costs and responsibilities for the maintenance and repair of the sewer line shall be borne solely by the grantee.

(3) The grantee may at any time on giving written notice in that behalf, surrender and extinguish the said easement by memorandum of transfer or by declaration published in the New Zealand Gazette, pursuant to section 42 (4) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, and in doing so may enter by her servants, agents, engineers and workers onto the subject land with or without any
