Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the land may be disposed of by The Franklin District Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 6th day of August 1998:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on The North Shore City Council by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are declared to be classified as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act”.
