Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve
Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 February 1999, No. 23, page 577, by omitting from the said notice “subject to the provisions of section 9 (1) (a)” and inserting in their place “subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a)”.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Union of Parts of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Wanganui, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Palmerston North City Council on the 24th day of June 1997:
“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Palmerston North City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the city in fee simple, and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act,” and together with the land in the Second Schedule is united to form one reserve to be known as Takaro Park.
