Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose reserve (site for county buildings) described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the land may be disposed of by The Rodney District Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1157 square metres, more or less, being Lot 10, D.P. 30628, situated in Block XVI, Otamatea Survey District. Part certificate of title 421/33 (cancelled). Subject to the restrictions imposed by Part XIII of the Land Act 1924. All Gazette notice No. A142233.
