These Instructions deal with the rules governing charges

The Instructions revoke the Legal Services Board (Civil
Legal Aid Charges) Instructions that were issued on the
8th day of December 1992.

They include:

• broad Board guidance on the imposition, transfer and
  exemption of charges and charging agreements;
• a simplified form of charging agreement;

the Community Relations Manager, Department of
Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby declares that the

Electoral Rolls (Revision) Notice 1999
Pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Electoral Act 1993, the
Minister of Justice gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be
   cited as the Electoral Rolls (Revision) Notice 1999.
   (2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of
   its publication in the Gazette.

2. Period for revision of electoral rolls—During the
   period beginning on 26 April 1999 and ending with the
   close of 25 June 1999, every Registrar must, in accordance
   with section 83 (1) of the Electoral Act 1993, direct an
   inquiry to be made concerning the particulars of all persons
   whose names are on the roll for the district.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to
indicate its general effect.

This notice sets out the period during which Registrars
must conduct a roll revision. A roll revision is also known

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator revokes
the reservation over that part of the local purpose
(esplanade) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
