Sale of Former Greymouth Harbour Board Land

I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act, hereby approve pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143C (1) (b) of the Harbours Act 1950, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Grey District Council and specify that the approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being section 103, Town of Dobson and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 55 (Westland Registry), subject to lease No. 25333.

Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Tawa Flat Garden Suburb Limited:

Take notice that I, Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in all that parcel of land containing one hundred and twelve square metres (112m²), more or less, situate in Block VII of the Belmont Survey District, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 86644, being of part Lot 277, Deposited Plan 9950, and being all the land comprised and described in part certificate of title 537/242, Wellington Land Registry, being property formerly held by Tawa Flat Garden Suburb Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 28 June 1957 and formerly having its registered office at Wellington.

And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until the 11th day of February 1999.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Charles Anthony Johnson, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.
