Land to be Taken for Road and Drainage Purposes in Waimakariri District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, to be hereby taken for road and the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, to be taken for drainage purposes and to be vested in The Waimakariri District Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Surrender of Sewage Easement Dairy Flat School — Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the right to lay and maintain a line of pipes for the conveyance of effluent and septic tank drainage as created by Transfer 606645 over the land firstly described in the Schedule, and appurtenant to the land secondly described, is hereby surrendered from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and forms part of State Highway No. 63 and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
