Road Realignment in the District of Featherston

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The South Wairarapa District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(i) The area marked “B” and “F” on S.O. Plan 30564, and the areas marked “G”, “J” and “K” on S.O. Plan 30563 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 549/217, subject to mortgage No. 270710.3;

(ii) The area marked “C” on S.O. Plan 30563 and the area marked “L” on S.O. Plan 30564 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 45A/282.
