Road Realignment at Glynn Wye, North Canterbury

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 7 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Third Schedule to be stopped and declares that:

(i) the areas firstly to fourteenthly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9A/1100, subject to memorandum of mortgage 854684/5 (Canterbury Registry).

(ii) the area fifteenthly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 446/016, subject to memorandum of mortgage 854684/5 (Canterbury Registry).

(iii) the areas sixteenthly and seventeenthly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 514/225, subject to memorandum of mortgage 854684/5 (Canterbury Registry).

(iv) the area eighteenthly and lastly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 7A/412, subject to memorandum of mortgage 854684/5 (Canterbury Registry).
