Road Realignment in the Queenstown Lakes District—Queenstown Airport

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand declares:

(1) Pursuant to Section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Queenstown-Lakes District Council on the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(2) Pursuant to Sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(a) the areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. Ref. 14A/1069 subject to Section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950;

(b) the areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. Ref. 17C/964 subject to Section 241 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991 condition of consent, Section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974 conditions of consent, Section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950, Section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, Easement in Gazette Notice 333152, right to convey sewage in Transfer 445329/2, right to drain sewage in Transfer 452886, Lease No. 777292/2, right to convey water in Transfer 856954, and Mortgage 861908/3;

(c) the areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. Ref. 14A/1068 subject to Section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974, Section 59 of the Land Act 1948, right to convey water in Easement Certificate 797454/16, right to convey water in Transfer 808378, right to convey water in Transfer 870248 and Mortgage 943393.1;

(d) the areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. Ref. 15A/1075 subject to Section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974, right to convey water in Easement Certificate 797454/16, rights to convey water in Transfer 808378, right to convey water in Transfer 870248 and Mortgage 943393.1.

(e) the area described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. Ref. 17C/1176

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes — Robinson Avenue, Rotorua, Bay of Plenty

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes, subject to the reservation of all minerals in the land owned by the Crown pursuant to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and shall vest in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
