Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule, hereto formerly held from Her Majesty the Queen by Lake Hawea Station Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. P286 recorded Volume A2, folio 1254, Otago Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
