Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949 and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.
Notice
- The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
- This notice shall come into force on the 11th day of February 1999.

Land to be Taken for Limited Access Road and Temporarily for Construction Purposes in Westland District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken temporarily for construction purposes, and both parcels of land to vest in the Crown in the estates described in the First and Second Schedules hereto on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Plan 12588; in leasehold estate for a period of 20 months from the date the land vests in the Crown.
S.O. Plan 12588 is lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.
