Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Kaharoa Road, Rotorua District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Rotorua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(i) the portion of road firstly described (now known as Section 1, S.O. 60917) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 30C/80 subject to mortgage B. 152364.3.

(ii) the portions of road secondly, thirdly, fourthly, fifthly and sixthly described (now known as Sections 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8, S.O. 60917) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 317/68 subject to mortgage B. 152364.3.

(iii) the portions of road seventhly and eighthly described (now known as Sections 4 and 6) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 40A/808 subject to mortgage B. 152364.3.
