Education Lands Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949 and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

  1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.

  2. This notice shall come into force on 9 December 1999.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Grant Kasper Weble, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 21st day of October 1999, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 4th day of November 1999, No. 163 at page 3909, by substituting “G. K. WEBLEY, for Minister of Lands.” for “G. K. WEBLEY, for Minister for Food, Fibre, Biosecurity and Border Control.”
