Pursuant to section 20 (1) and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a recreation reserve and shall vest in the Papakura District Council on the 10th day of December 1999.
