Local Government Act 1974

Unformed Road Declared Crown Land

Pursuant to section 323 (2) of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby transferred to the Crown by the Rangitikei District Council as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948 without consideration and shall cease to be road.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of a Declaration that Land Should Be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1981, page 3823, declaring that the private land, described in the Schedule, shall be protected private land for historic purposes.

All the land in Gazette notice registered as No. 581540, affecting all of the land in certificate of title 18D/464 and part of the land in certificates of title 18D/465, 18D/467, 18D/468, 18D/469, 14B/1062 and 17D/492.

Revocation of a Declaration that Land Shall be Protected Private Land

Pursuant to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in New Zealand Gazette dated 15 December 1977, No. 123, page 3261, declaring that the private land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be protected private land for scenic purposes.

39.6678 hectares, more or less, being part Waihoanga No. 1 Block, situated in Block I, Thames Survey District. All certificate of title 24D/930.

Vesting of Reserve in the Central Otago District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Central Otago District Council for the purpose of recreation.

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 2nd day of August 1999:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council resolves that the land described as part Allotment 256, Paremoremo Parish being the residue of the land described in certificate of title 24A/1113 (North Auckland Registry) held by the council in fee simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
