Land Acquired for Road and Severance at Hororata—State Highway No. 77, Canterbury District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) and 119 (2) (c) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired for severance and are vested in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Vesting Stopped Road in the Rodney District

Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 123D/193 in the name of Totara Views Limited, subject to a pipeline easement appurtenant to Section 10, Block VIII, Ruakaka Survey District, created by transfer B. 385396.1, and a pipeline easement in gross to the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand created by transfer B. 385396.1.
