Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Service Lane in Porirua City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 14 September 1999, acquiring land for service lane in Porirua City, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 September 1999, No. 123 at page 2947 by deleting that area of land shown in the Schedule as “81313” and substituting the figure of “813”.
