Classification of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule, as a local purpose (repeater site) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

212 square metres, more or less, being Sections 27 and 28, Block I, Coneburn Survey District. S.O. 18987. All certificate of title 8C/206.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Gisborne District Council
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule, as a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve and vests the reserve in the Gisborne District Council in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for the site of a depot over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the land may be disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (accessway) reserve and a local purpose (street) reserve respectively over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the land may be disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
