Land Acquired for Road in North Shore City
(Wairau Road and Diana Drive, Glenfield)
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the North Shore City Council.

Land to be Acquired for Limited Access Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 1—Whangarei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road which pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 665/87, subject to mortgage C. 856592.3.
