Land Declared Road, Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 2, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 2, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be acquired for use in connection for use with a road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule (now known as Section 2, S.O. 59335) to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 19B/983.
