(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 64B/183, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 64B/184, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16A/930, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherlands, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road, and vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
